02Na czym jest ugruntowanyWhat it is grounded on
Agent odpowiada wyłącznie z bazy wiedzy zbudowanej z materiałów danej marki: filmów, postów, artykułów, FAQ. Przy konkretnych faktach wskazuje źródło. Nie korzysta z wiedzy ogólnej modelu.
The agent answers only from a knowledge base built from a brand's materials: videos, posts, articles, FAQs. For specific facts it points to the source. It does not use the model's general knowledge.
03Czego nie robiWhat it does not do
Nie zmyśla odpowiedzi poza bazą i odmawia tematów spoza marki. Jest odporny na próby obejścia reguł (prompt-injection). Nie udziela porad medycznych, prawnych ani finansowych i nie zbiera danych wrażliwych.
It does not invent answers beyond the base and refuses off-brand topics. It resists attempts to bypass its rules (prompt-injection). It gives no medical, legal or financial advice and collects no sensitive data.
